First: Registration
Registration in a diploma is confirmed according to the payment method the trainee chooses:
- On payment of the first instalment, for trainees paying in instalments.
- On payment of the full amount, for trainees paying everything up front.
Second: Cancellation and refund of fees
A trainee may ask to cancel the registration and get the fees back within the following periods:

Third: Moving to another diploma
- Moving to another diploma is allowed up to 7 days before the program starts.
- An administrative fee of 10% of the fees paid applies.
- If the new diploma costs more, the trainee pays the difference.
- Moving after the program has started is only possible with exceptional approval from the academic administration.
Fourth: Postponement
- Because all diplomas start in the same period, postponement is not available at the moment.
- If later intakes are announced, the postponement procedure and its conditions will be published through the official channels.
Fifth: Cancellation or postponement by the training provider
- The training provider may cancel or postpone a program for organisational reasons or force majeure.
- In that case the trainee receives a full refund, or the option to move to an alternative program at no extra cost.
Sixth: General provisions
- Keep your payment receipt to make any later refund easier.
- Requests submitted after the stated periods are not accepted.
- All official correspondence takes place through the approved e-mail address, for documentation.
- Completing registration means full acceptance of this policy.
