The platform's technical support team serves all users of the online diploma platform through several channels, so that help is easy to reach:

Etiquette when contacting the support team
To keep communication professional, respectful and cooperative, all users are asked to follow these rules when contacting the team:
- Be mutually respectful and do not use inappropriate language.
- Avoid religious or political discussions.
- Keep to topics related to the diploma programs.
- Write clearly and correctly, without spelling mistakes.
If these rules are broken, the following measures will be taken:
- The report or complaint is removed from the platform's support system.
- The people concerned are contacted in the appropriate way.
- The violation is reviewed and action taken under the approved policies.

- WhatsApp support: within 48 working hours at most.
- E-mail support: within 24 working hours of receiving the message.
Escalation when there is no reply
If there is no reply within the times above, the following escalation steps apply:
Stage one – reminding the team
After the stated time with no reply:
- The student re-sends the enquiry or complaint, referring to the first attempt.
- The ticket is automatically routed to the team lead in the department concerned.
Stage two – escalation to direct management
If there is no reply within a further 24 working hours:
- The request is escalated to the department manager (student affairs / technical support), depending on the issue.
- Management has 24 working hours to resolve it.

Stage three – escalation to executive management
If there is still no reply after the two previous stages:
- The enquiry or complaint is raised to the Executive Vice President for action.
- This escalation is top priority and is answered within the same working day.
